So i have an AMD R5 M435 on my laptop. But when i try to use the AMD HW encoder in OBS, it doesn't appear as an option. I updated my OBS, updated my drivers, and changed Windows' settings so that OBS will use the R5 GPU. It still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this??
