AMD hardware encoder no longer available.

Previously I was using the AMD hardware encoder with sufficient results. At some point, and I don´t know when, it disappeared. I have tried a million things to get it back but still only the Software (x264) encoder appears in the list. I have tried updating the AMD drivers to the latest, then completely uninstalled all AMD drivers and went back to the laptop manufacturer drivers, AMD cleaner, etc... I have tried older and newer versions of OBS...currently using 28.1.0, but still only the Software encoder is in the list.

HELP!

Can you take a screenshot of the recording settings page?
I just did tests in all directions... in some cases of settings I don't have the AMD hardware encoder either and in other cases it is present (H264 and HEVC)

Just to be clear, I am streaming and missing the encoder, not recording. Though I assume you know something I dont so here are the images for the Recording tab. The streaming tab simply lists the single x264 encoder.
2 images...

maybe your GPU no longer supports the hardware encoder implemented in OBS 28? (curious)
What surprises me is that you have access in ffmpeg to HEVC_amf while I don't have it while I have access in simple and standard mode to AMD hardware encoders...
