AMD GPU Driver Crash ISSUE

Greetings,When I use OBS, my monitor flickers for a moment and then returns to normal.
I am using the latest official driver.But I uninstalled the driver, and it worked fine again under the driver that Windows automatically installed, but my game frame rate dropped significantly.
I used DDU to completely uninstall the driver and reinstalled it, but it still didn't solve the problem. I searched through various forums but still couldn't solve the problem.

Installed driver was released recently, 8/4/25. Send it to the sin bin with DDU & install the old driver. Don't forget to disconnect from the internet during the entire process.
