Recentely I did a fresh install of my windows 10, all the way down to reformatting and doing a fresh install. I have updated my AMD drivers to 17.4 (the latest) and now I am unable to use OBS on hardware encoding.
Before updating my drivers, it was on the 2016 versions, I was able to record. Now that the drivers are updated I can no longer record and I keep getting this image pop up when trying to do it. https://gyazo.com/f58059831a1bb649d62a7a3c2b1db77e
Also OBS is now crashing randomly.
