Im trying to get the best quality with the amd encoder but i notice that every time that i stream the video looks "pixeled", doesnt matter if set the stream at 720p or 1080p60fps every resolution/framerate looks so pixeled.
I stream on Twitch so i cant surpass 6000 bitrate,
Here is my specs:
Ryzen 2600
16 Gb ram
Rx 5700 xt
