I discovered the obs hardware encoder 2 days ago. Yesterday it stopped working, and I can't record with x264 because of the lag and poor quality. I tried uninstalling my amd drivers and uninstalling obs then reinstalling them and I also downloaded amf again, but no luck. I hope someone more experienced than me will be able to help me.
