Question / Help AMD Encoder Not Appearing In List

I've been having this problem for the past couple of days. No matter how many times I've updated my drivers, reinstalled OBS Studio AND the encoder, it will not show up in the encoder list.

I've never had problems with this encoder in the past and it has worked perfectly. It was only when Twitch updated it's layout and such that I've started to have problems with it.

Code:
23:05:18.047: [AMF Encoder] Unable to load 'amfrt32.dll', error code 126.

Your driver is incomplete. Fully uninstall it (DDU, AMD Cleanup Utility) and reinstall the latest one.

Well that explains the problem then. Something messed up with your AMD driver install, make sure that you have a monitor attached to the dedicated GPU. If you have a hybrid system you may need to contact AMD technical support.

No, just downloading them and putting them there will not be enough. You need to have a monitor attached to the AMD GPU while installing the driver and then it will install the amf runtime + driver parts. No idea why the installer occasionally doesn't do that.

That would be best. Something is causing the driver to not install the runtime + driver part for AMF, so they'll be able to help more than I can.
