AMD encoder doesnt work for me and I'm on the latest drivers

I dont know how to fix it i dont wanna have to keep streaming on x264. heres the log file can someone help me

Your log has no recording or streaming session It needs to have this to see what OBS is doing
Run OBS as Admin
Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene. Simplify your scene captures
Run a session then post a log back here

The RX6400 does not have any hardware encoder.
OBS is not misbehaving.
