I just periodically reset FPS in OBS with any settings (I tried everything), until there are no frame drops (network, encoding, rendering), or FPS drops in OBS itself, and after a while the picture is good again. I thought it was the game / obs, but even when streaming / recording videos from Youtube, OBS gives out a picture that is 15-30 frames per second. I will repeat the statistics without gaps, the logs are clean + -, the Internet is 100 mb. I've been racking my brains for a long time and can't figure out what's the matter. Even if you do not start the broadcast, but simply in the preview. I noticed that the problem is only with AMD Ryzen owners.
