i have been trying for the last couple of days to fix this issue im having, in short when i try to use the amd AMF encoder to stream and then hit start stream, nothing happens, no errors, nothing (https://gyazo.com/a521116ed9b302946c948c3f6d31b887). does anyone else have this issue if so how did you fix it?

I cant find anything online and i have already asked in the /r/twitch subreddit but got 0 responses and a bunch of downvotes :/
