Bug Report AMD Adrenalin update issues

Some game captures are freezing the game when used with OBS and the newer AMD drivers (the new Adrenalin release). Binding of Isaac: Rebirth would freeze without fail every time OBS tried to capture it.

Rolling back to older drivers, the issue no longer occurs.
