Question / Help Ambisonic audio to Facebook 360

So i've got a Zoom H2N and with the latest firmware it can output spatial audio directly via USB. If I connect the mic to the PC, the PC sees it as 4 channels as it should be (checked on Audacity) but OBS only as stereo. I installed a multichannel VST plugin (http://www.matthiaskronlachner.com/?p=1910) and I can only see 2 tracks. Is there a way to stream 4 channels on OBS?

What I do not know, is: does the listeners are required to have decoder? If yes: which one and how?

Because till now, I used IEM to encode ORTF-3D into Binaural, used Reaper with ReaStream VST to send everything to OBS (without killing the machine with the ultra-demanding Voicemeeter Banana), and then streamed on that way. It was great.

BUT I still asking myself, when encoded in format B (4 channels: WXYZ sent to listeners), which hardware should they use?
