I'm using my Yuan capture card through AmarecTV, which seems to get me the lowest lag, and then using a window capture in OBS to actually capture the game I'm playing. I've noticed that all my video options in Amarec are at 29.97 or 59.94 (the normal interlaced frame rates), but I am, at least at the moment, capturing progressive scan games over HDMI. I've also noticed that the fps counter at the bottom of Amarec, although normally at 59.94, fluctuates up a bit sometimes. So the question is, what do I set my capture frame rate at in OBS? I've been setting it at 60, which doesn't seem to have had any problems, but if it would be better to match the 59.94 of Amarec, I'd rather have it at the correct setting.
