Question / Help Am I the issue or is it my Laptop?

Hello guys I have recently downloaded OBS with the hopes of recording myself playing football manager and uploading the videos to youtube. However, the vidoes I have captured are very laggy and very slow. I have quite an old laptop but it runs football manager with no problems Il insert my laptop specs below. Is it my laptop thats the issue or is it my settings on OBS itself?
