Am I in the right place? Out of my element and need help

Totally out of my element. Here is what I'm trying to do, and not sure if this is the right platform, and if so - how to make it happen.

I need to record a video and then post to FB as a live stream. I was told this software could help with that. I downloaded the software, but it looks like I need to record my video using the software. I was planning to use my phone to record my video (better background, teleprompter app, etc.)

Is there a way to import a video recorded from my phone, to this software, to then have it link to FB to post as a live stream? Who can help and provide easy to follow instructions?? I have a week to figure this out. :) Thanks!

Also, just to clarify -- I need to schedule the streaming. My video should be going live at 9 pm in a certain time zone, but it will be 3 am my time. I want to avoid having to wake up to facilitate the streaming link.
