So I never really kept track of my upload speed in the past, but I knew it had to be good, because I'd be streaming games like Overwatch and Battlefield with no issue. Ever since this week though, my stream uploads have been dropping heavily. So I checked my upload speed just now... and got an abysmal 0.04. What am I supposed to do about this?
