Am I able to stream with these specs?

Not sure how fast my pc is nor internet.
It'd be nice if you guys can help me determine if I will be able to stream (League of Legends).

I don't know the specs that much but here are the generals:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @3.40GHz
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

edit 1: i've tried streaming one time and I lagged horribly. My fps was fine at 144, but my ping(ms) was over 500 constantly. I'm using an ethernet cord too if that helps.

edit 2: log file- https://gist.github.com/c35ce829cd194615113772aea966fd61

First of all, go to speedtest.net and test your upload speed. For streaming, I would say you would need at least 5 MB for a decent quality stream. For your hardware, it will probably be fine for streaming light games at 720p/30 FPS. If you are having issues, just post a log and we can help you.

Seems like your upload not able to support 3kbps try lowering it

19:15:22.917: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1808 (81.4%)

Should I try lowering it to 1500? Anything else I should change?

you can try it and see, but also depends on the game your playing and streaming to your viewers. Myself I stream at 2000-2500 depends on what i am playing. It a trial and error. keep at it.
