Question / Help Am I able to stream to Twitch through a VPN?

Unfortunately I have many problems streaming to Twitch. One of the main problems is that even though my internet should be able to upload a 2200 bit rate, my viewers complain a lot about my stream buffering. I personally think it's some kind of throttle my ISP imposes since I can't watch Twitch streams on High without a VPN on.

But another problem is that most of the games I play require fast internet and going through a VPN increases my latency by a lot.

Is there a way to only have OBS go through a VPN and have my other programs just go through my regular network?

This is a setting the VPN client must do. This is the only place where you are able to define which remote networks should go through the VPN and which not. Since this is a very technical configuration option, it is probably not offered to the ordinary end user.
