Question / Help Am I able to improve on my quality?

So pretty new to OBS but have a pretty basic understanding of the settings i need and the servers i need to connect to when using twitch.tv for my stream. I would like any and all advice on how i can improve the quality of what i am currently streaming.

I ran valley benchmark as a catalyst for this test. I want to see if there is anything i can change in my OBS settings to improve quality or if im maxed out for what i have now.

I would really appreciate any and all suggestions.

Don't use nvenc to stream. Use x264.

Oh really, I thought that using my hardware on my video card would put less strain on my cpu. Is that not the case? I'll have to try that out.

It will put less strain on the cpu but it will also have a negative impact on picture quality.

OK thanks I'll definitely give that a shot. Another question I would have would be if I have an i7-6700 would I see performance issues in game while streaming when using the x264 encoding setting. Again thank you and I really appreciate your patience and sorry if these questions seem redundant I just want to give my viewers the best quality stream I possibly can without having a 2 pc setup and without being partnered with twitch
