So before about a year or so i was streaming normally, everything was working fine. now i wanted to stream again and i haven't changed any components or my internet they're all the same, tho each time i do start the stream on 6k Kbps its just stuck on the red and there's like a 37 seconds delay, and the frames drop so badly, i tried finding solutions or such but didn't come with any, When i start the stream i start it in a waiting screen there's no games running so there's barely any pressure on the pc and my internet is stable i've ran speedtests and it had above like 90mbs in both download and upload speed. here's a log:
