Alternative method in Settings for fixing laptop black screen issues

The instructions currently instruct the user to use the NVIDIA Control Panel to make OBS run with the integrated GPU. However this is natively supported in Windows with the following steps:
(I'm running Win10 x64 1903.)
1. Open Settings (Win + I or search "settings")
2. Select "System"
3. Select the "Display" tab
4. Scroll down to and click "Graphics settings"
(Alternatively, you can type "graphics settings" in the Windows Search box to get to the Graphics settings page.)
5. Under "Choose an app to set preference", select "Classic app"
6. Browse for the OBS executable (C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe for me)
7. Choose the integrated graphics option (usually the "Power Saving GPU")
8. Click "Save"
I am suggesting the addition of this method to the OBS Studio Quickstart guide (this page).
