Question / Help Alt-Tabing Makes Captured Screen Black

I'm currently running 3 monitors and if I'm running a game and Alt-Tab out it will make that screen black until I reboot OBS. Sometimes as soon as I boot up a game. Below are the logs. If anyone needs more info please let me know.
