Question / Help alt tabbing help with capture card failing in csgo

So i play csgo and if i alt tab more than say 4 times my capture card stops picking up in obs. so my work around was to make a scene 2 with my browser and and webcam. works fine but then my chat cant hear me. anyone help with what i should do to still capture the audio from my gaming pc but be able to show my browser on my streaming pc. i've seen things about putting the game in fullscreen windowed and that works too. but it feels pixelated when i do it that way. it's not as smooth as playing fullscreen. and i see other pro streamers still have it on fullscreen in their games so i know it's possible. my streaming pc is a i3 which it may come down to the pc not being strong enough? i have a i7 4770k on my gaming pc which is plenty for csgo. i've tried adding things such as add audio input and adding audio output but that doesn't work. i would just like to be able to show sports highlights and stuff like that in between games and it all works, i just can't get the audio from my mic to switch over from my gaming pc as i would still like to talk while waiting for the next game. ty for taking the time to read this.
