Like the title says, basically just allowing you to choose what language you want OBS to be using. Really nothing necessary, changing the language of OBS works fine from the client itself (although if you have setup any kind of source, changed any options they get reset if you change the language) but i wonder if that could be something added in the future? Of course only something to be considered if the developers find it interesting or other users aswell.
