allow recording at a frame rate lower than 10 fps

first of all thank you very much for adding a file split feature, i missed it.

im recording timelapse videos while im making 3d assets, like this one:

while editing final videos, i speed them up (even more than in the video above) and i figured out, that even 10 fps is a lot for me while recording.

so it would be great, if i was able to record at 3 fps or even 1 fps, so all my raw files would be less in size.

Settings > Video > change Common/Integer FPS Value(s) to Fractional FPS Value. Numerator 3, Denominator 1 = 3 FPS

for whatever reason 20min videos are 358Mb weather they are 10fps or 3 fps.

what should i tweak to make 3fps recordings actually lower on size?
