Allow different advanced video settings for streaming / recording

Allow different advanced video settings for streaming and recording or move this section to the output settings.

If you focus on quality and compatibility and want to do both, recording and streaming, you are forced to switch around the advanced video settings every time you go from streaming to recording and vice versa (or use separate obs installs).

Please add the ability to use different settings for both cases to the advanced video section.

This is what Profiles are for. You can create a different settings Profile for each use case so you don't have to manually switch everything.

I totally ignored the Profile menu, because I didn't know what its suppose to be for. I probably mixed it up with scene collections.
