Question / Help All Screen Except one window

hello guys,
iam recording lessons that help others in Microsoft Visual Studio, and have word document that i read from. what i need to record whole screen without this window ( the word document)
i try to record Visual Studio window only, but when i open menu or the console run it not recorded.
i search alot before i post this topic. thanks in advance.

There is no way to exclude specific windows from a display capture source other than cropping them out. You can use a crop filter or the cropping options in the transform dialog.
