I don't know if this is a bug or a setting that I've accidentally turned on, either way it's really frustrating.
So, I've been using OBS Studio for a while now recording videos. I decided I'd add a new scene collection so that I have one for recording and one for streaming.
I wanted to duplicate the audio sources but nothing else as I was happy to remake them.
So I clicked to duplicate my old scene collection (as I wanted to rename it now I was making multiple), named the new duplicate what I wanted, then it auto opens that one. So I click to go back to my old one in order to delete it, as I click it, OBS Studio crashes (not sure if this is the key).
I reopen OBS and notice each scene has duplicated, so I delete them and proceed to change scene collection as I thought I was on my new collection still. I changed scene (which was to my new one) and saw that that also had duplicate scenes. So I deleted them and went back to my old scene collection. Again it had duplicate scenes. So I deleted the whole collection. Leaving me with just my new correctly name scene collection. I went to make a new scene (for streaming). Once I'd done that, I thought I'd check about this duplicating issue and switch back to my recording collection. Each time I switch back and forth every scene duplicates. So I end up having to delete a bunch of stuff each time I want to record or stream.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Or did I do something wrong?
