I am using OBS to live stream my church's services to Facebook Live. The audio is fine, and the video is fine except for when someone on camera moves. All movements are pixelated and very blurry. I have tried changed several different settings have have no success so far.
Bitrate is set to 4000 Kbps (per Facebook)
Keyframe interval is 0
Base Resolution is 1920x1080
Output Resolution is 1280x720
Downscale Filter is Bicubic
FPS is 30
Encoder is x264
Color format is RGB
I am using a macOS 10.15.4. My camera is a Panasonic HC-VX981. I am using an Elgato CamLink 4k to connect the camera to the computer. I have a good internet connection (upload speed of about 4 Mbps).
I am not an expert by any means; I just have a basic knowledge of things like this. Any thoughts?
