All Mediasources are playing when OBS is started

Hey Guys,

I hope this is the right category for my question/problem.
Here is my problem:
I have a folder with a couple of sounds and videoclips linked to hotkeys on my keyboard. Everything works fine while streaming and when I'm changing scenes etc.
But everytime I'm starting OBS all videos and sounds are playing, which is really annoying.
Can I turn this off somehow?

I'm using OBS 26.0.2 and macOS Catalina 10.15..
(I know it's not the newest version but I won't update because a friend did and now his OBS crashes whenever he wants to use a browser source)

Wasn't able to find a solution through the search function or via google.

If you Sources are in a Scene, and all sources enabled, and you Start OBS on that scene, then OBS working as designed, and in this case directed by you. or is it some other setup? and of course

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.
