All Green color in my display capture will turn to black

1. I have a problem because all the color green in my display capture will turn to black. can you please tell me how can i fix this? here's the screenshot of my problem

2. i noticed some part of my video is freezing. how can i fix it? Please help

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

kitkit, if whatever source you are trying to record/stream has chroma key on, then this will happen. You can check if it has chroma key by right clicking on the source, then clicking filters. A new window will pop up. On the left, under Effect Filters, see if the effect Chroma Key is there. If so, right click it and select remove.

I got your point. but i didn't add any chroma key in my display capture only in video capture. why the color green will turn to black? please advice

Color key could also be doing this.

Thank you SpOwOning I had chroma key ON on my elgato capture therefore forcing all my green color to black.Thank you I have made changes and I am set.
I hope kitkit was able to resolve the same issue. again thank you.
