Bug Report All Game Capture and Window Captures are black?

Ok so I while back I had my scenes created and they worked fine and i had it set where i could just open obs and instantly everything was set up but today when i started it up and went to my favorite scene it was black and i didn't know why. The way i stream my xbox one gameplay is usually through Xbox console companion. I stream to xbox console companion and then have streamlab obs screen record xbox console companion but today when i click on it reset it delete and redo its just black?? I dont know how to fix it. Everyones fixes for "black screens on OBS" do nothing to help. and everyone in the comments say it works... if someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated! BTW i deleted OBS and reinstalled and did nothing so :/

OBS is not SLOBS.
We cannot provide support for Streamlabs OBS here.
Head over to Streamlabs' support forum if you are using SLOBS.
 
We are not streamlabs support. They provide their own support for their software.

If you are using regular OBS studio and having black screen problems, provide a session log.

oh. Sorry this is where it took me when I went to "Help" On my streamlabs obs app. so...?? where do I go for Help
