Aligning two video sources

I have one camera close by with a 20ft HDMI cable going into a USB capture card.
The second camera is HDMI-cat6-HDMI with about 75ft of cat6 cable between the extenders.
I have audio aligned with the first camera (195ms delay) but I'm seeing 50-75ms additional delay needed for the second camera.
Any ideas how to get the two video sources aligned?
Or do I split the difference to minimize the difference?

You can add a (Render Delay Filter) to the fast camera to sync it to the slow one.
Then would need to add more audio delay to sync audio.

Excellent. So with any AV source, find the slowest one and set rendering on the rest to match the slow one. Then a single audio delay for streaming works on all. Do rendering delays affect the local recording?
