Alerts on streaming pane in studio mode

I believe the crucial alerts are "internet connection", "droped frames" and "lugging".

• "Droped frames" and "internet connection" appear already on OBS status bar.
• "Lugging" is not displayed probably because OBS is not aware of it.
  I think there should/must be a way for OBS to realize that did not create all frames due to cpu high usage, for example by comparing time and frames created in between.

Considering that while live streaming, operator's attention is on streaming pane (OBS studio mode)...

When:

• Having droped frames
• Connection is poor (yellow/orange/red)
• Lugging

I suggest:

• Display the appropriate alert on the center of streaming pane while in studio mode, maybe in transpafrency.

Why:

• I found my self not noticing droped frames or poor internet connection notification, until it was too late!
