Alerts not showing on stream?

I have watched everything lol. I added a browser source
Put it above all the other sources
Copy and paste my widget url from streamlabs website and put it into the new browser source.
When I click test it works fine. When someone follows on stream nothing shows. I'm sure its an easy fix but i am lost
