Alerts not displaying correctly.

I made my first alert in StreamElements and its not working properly. The audio is playing and the text is showing but the video is absent. I have troubleshooted here on the forums with others who had the same issue but nothing is working.

You have to contact streamelements support for this.
Also, their plugin always cause issues.
