Hey, i'm new here so ofc i looked through the forum first but i could not find a case like mine, for now about 3 months i'm having the issue that during the stream on average 1/6 alerts comes with a sound and the others are wihtout, the animation and text always show up properly. it doesnt matter if it is a follow, sub, donation, bits, host or raid.
the issues i did see here have been about alerts constantly having no sound, but in my case, sometimes they do work. i checked the settings on the streamlabs dashboard, everything is fine, no settings lost, and if i use the "test widget" functions - on both, website and application - they always work properly and always play the sound.
i really dont know what to do here.

(i cannot find " Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log File " so i cannot upload any logs)
