Question / Help Alert Sound

Hello! My question is the next.
I configured alter sound for my subscribers on streamlabs. Is it necessary put the volumen of my laptop up on OBS? Because i stream with ElGato and only i have the volumen on of the capture card on OBS, but the notification sound doesnt works. So i have to put on my laptop volumen on OBS too?

^ he's not referring to slobs -- he's talking about streamlabs alerts, specifically the subscriber alert sound.

For the question, yes, you have to add desktop audio as an audio source for your scene, or add desktop audio as a sound device in OBS settings.

Thanks! I found the way! On the window where you have to enter the link of alert, you can select Redirect sound to capture card.
