Alert showing different webm video in Stream Elements and OBS Studio

I have had custom alerts made, and I've tried to add them via Stream Elements and a direct url, but when I emulate them, they show the standard ones that come with the theme in OBS.
Is there any way to stop this happening?
No log file as I don't think it's a bug, I think I'm missing a step.
