Hello Everyone!
So I'm having issues having my alert boxes popping up in OBS. For some reason the chat seems to work fine but whenever I try to test out the alert box in Streamlabs, for some reason, it doesn't play in OBS. The alert box would play when you hit the "Launch" button in Streamlabs but not in OBS. The settings have always stayed the same. I haven't changed anything in either Streamlabs or OBS. This started happening after OBS had made an update. I have tried everything, removing the browser source and adding it again. I copied and paste the URL from Streamlabs onto the browser source and nothing. I even looking online and followed the steps that everyone mentioned and still nothing. Some say to enable and disable "Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration". That didn't even work. I even logged out and logged back in Streamlabs. So I don't know if it's an OBS issue or the link provided in Streamlabs. I really appreciate some help. Thanks!
