Alert Animation not working

I use streamlabs alerts. They previously were working fine, nothing has changed. I have it in sources as a web source, alerts is at the top of the sources. When I get an alert, the sound plays and recents update, but the animation does not show. I have tried using Stream Elements instead, but I have the same issue, so it appears this is an OBS thing. I've reset my API's, emptied the cache, etc but the problem still remains. I've used different animations, etc. A friend copied everything into his OBS and everything worked fine.
Ive also noticed the events list widget is not showing either, so these issues are tied together.
Any ideas?

Try adding a Browser Source to OBS, pointed at google.com
If it works, this is not an OBS issue.

StreamLabs has been making updates to their widgets/alert services in the last few months; I've run into significant problems with them myself, and had to update to a new URL for my widget sources, grabbed from their webpage as they had changed, and the old ones were defunct.

I am having this same issue with streamalerts.app. The animations work fine when i load the browser source in another PC. But when I load the browser source to ANY browser on my stream PC, it does not show the animation. It only appears then dissapears. This is not only an OBS browser issue, it seems to be the whole PC?? I made sure to disable any plugins on my chrome as well.

I really cannot figure out what to do to fix this. Anyone have any suggestions?
