After resolution change, sources are duplicated (only visually)

Like the title says and the attached screenshot shows. I increased resolution from 720p to 1080p and my sources are duplicated like they are trying to display in both resolutions. Going back to 720p fixes the problem. Using other resolutions gets the same issue, but in reverse (the duplicated source is smaller instead of larger). Anyone got a similar problem and fix?
