Are you sure? Your other posts sound like you're technologically clueless - which is not necessarily a bad thing, the rest of us were there too at one point - but one of the VERY common effects is being easily confused. You don't notice tiny details that change everything, like a slightly different folder name somewhere, or a setting that would be obvious to a more experienced user.
Again, that's all fine, but we need to see what you're seeing. Just a claim doesn't tell us anything, because it could easily be directly wrong.
