After KB5018410 Windows 10 Update OBS is very slow -> up to no respond

Hi.
After the Windows 10 Update KB5018410 OBS needs very long to start. Up to 1 minute.
I have problems switching the scene collections or when I start the recording, it takes up to 30 seconds.
The preview window of the stream is always fine at this moment, but when I left click anywere, OBS went to no respond and greyed out.

Does anyone know anything about this yet?

Maybe it has to do with the obs-browser-page.exe and the browser sources I added to my stream (Follower Alerts)?
I don't know.
There are some problem with outlook after this patch:
"There seems to be a problem caused by Microsoft with TLS 1.3 or certain ciphers."
I know outlook problems has nothing to with OBS, but maybe there are parallels with the error?

After deinstallatinf the two latest Windows Updates, the problem is still there. OBS is super slow starting up and I'm still getting a no response when I want to start the stream or the recording.

At the moment I'm checking my hardware, RAM first, rest later.
I will respond here, when I have new insights.

ok I got it. My old config json files from my scene cellections are to big. Up to 50 MB for each one. After exporting them via OBS, the same 50 MB json files has only 143 KB.

So I will build up my OBS from ground up again and my problem should be solved.
