After an hour of streaming, sometimes faster or later I lose connection to the Internet, but the stream is still running, I can not see the chat and the game continues without any lags, but I can not communicate with others, once I had this problem and I did not change anything, I think. after clicking the "End Stream" button and immediately clicking "Start Stream" Everything is repaired for another hour, but it is inconvenient

There is no errors in the log that may point to the connection failure.

But you can try to disable the Enable networking optimizations in Advanced settings of OBS, just to see if this somehow affects your chat too.
