After adding VST and Reaper, selecting a video source shows only audio

Added VST and Reaper some time ago, but just looked for a filter for a video source and nothing but audio filters are showing. I vaguely remember that the Reaper install instructions didn't exactly match my install. So the Reaper VST controls show up as a filter choice, but for everything else (video recording, screen capture, SDI input, etc), nothing. I have filters that I setup previously for cameras but now they are not showing as available. Its like Reaper took over all the filter choices.

Any idea how to remove Reaper and restore the normal set of filters? Reinstalling and upgrading OBS did change anything. I don't want to recreate all the scenes and settings. Is there a directory that just has the filters? I can restore an old copy of that directory but I don't know where it is.
