After a format my plugins aren't seeing my authorizations in ilok.

OK so I tested my (ssl & Harrison) plugins elsewhere on my Video PC and they are indeed properly authorized. They were working before my format. They have been put back correctly.

So I upgraded my video card in my Video PC, formatted & reinstalled windows 11, reinstalled & authorized my plugins. ONLY in OBS they are failing to authorize when they load. Here is my logfile after trying to load one:

Any help would be appreciated. I really need my plugs. Thank you!!

OK I kept trying stuff so I did a clean uninstall of the ilok manager, reboot, install, reboot, authorize and it's working.

In case it happens to anyone else.

Ok so after a restart they're back to not working. Repeated the steps above and they're scanning, now. I did leave the ilok manager open while scanning. We'll see what happens.
