UGH, apologies. OBS was working fine.
My machine just decided the drop the audio WHEN PLAYING BACK THE VIDEO.
So the recording is OK, the play back was not.
This is driving me nuts. While recording, the audio drops out (starts a few seconds in, and then drops a few seconds every 8s or so.)
As this happens, the VU meter never shows a drop out, and properly follows the mic input, without issues.
So OBS **can** read the mic data, it just wont put it in the recorded file.
I tried:
* Different microphones.
* NVENC encoding vs software encoding.
* 48kHz vs 44.1KHz.
* mkv vs mp4.
* Muting the desktop audio.
I have no filters applied, no sync offset, audio monitoring is off. Push-to-X is off. Encoding resolution is 1920x1080.
OS: Ubuntu 21.10
OBS: 27.0.1+dfsg1-1
CPU: i5 11600K
GPU: RTX 3060Ti
