I'm new to streaming and wanted to have some insight on my particular issue. I've read that encoding with x264( i assume with CPU ) is better than GPU oriented encoding. So i wanted to give it a try but as i've mentioned in my issue, with x264, after streamig for ~5mins, OBS crashes. The only way for me to keep streaming is using H264 (AMD). Does anyone experience the same problem ?
Also i would like to know what is the best encoding type for my rig and with which modifications ( CPU Usage Preset etc )?
My system ;
Sapphire R9 290x 4gb 256bit
i7 3770K
8gb RAM
5MB upload rate.
