Question / Help Affiliate withLaggy Stream with 10 core CPU and 500 down 20 up connection

Title says it. Racking brain with various settings trying top find the "sweet spot" for a smooth stream. Game is "Wreckfest" which is taxing on system. Log files attached.

You have lost frames due to rendering lag. With other words, your GPU is fully loaded and OBS doesn't get enough GPU resources to fully compose the stream.
One approach is to limit the fps of your game. This will reduce GPU load. Activate vsync and limit fps to 60.
The next approach is your sources. You have very many sources and filters. Try to reduce the number and complexity here. The less stuff you add, the less GPU power is required by OBS.
One important thing is to not have more than one full screen game capture source in any of your scenes. If you have more than one, they may step on themselves, because they all try to do the same thing, but only one source is able to actually get the capture.
Remove redundant sources.
Disable sources you will not show in your stream at the moment.
